Presentation
The presentation for the conference should be prepared in a format of a video presentation with a voice commentary. A PowerPoint presentation will be accepted as well.
The presentation should not exceed 15 minutes.
The deadline for submitting the presentation is 30 June 2020.
The video presentation
The video presentation should be saved as an .mp4 file.
Various kinds of software are available for recording a video presentation. Camstudio and OBS Studio are examples of free software worth recommending. These programs allow to record a video of the PowerPoint presentation with a voice commentary.
Due to considerable size, the video presentation cannot be sent by email. In order to deliver the .mp4 file, it is recommended to use a file-sharing service, e.g. wetransfer.com. The information about submitting the presentation should be sent to the following email address: amcm2020@pollub.pl.
Recommended parameters for the video presentation:
– min. 25 frames /sec but not more than 30 frames /sec,
– max. resolution 1920×1080,
– max. duration of 15 minutes,
– max. 100 MB file size,
– file format: .mp4.
A PowerPoint presentation
A PowerPoint presentation is acceptable but not recommended. When preparing such a presentation a lengthy commentary is necessary.
Two files (.ppt and .pdf) with the PowerPoint presentation should be sent directly by electronic mail to the amcm2020@pollub.pl address. If the size of the files is too big, the files can be also submitted through a file-sharing service, e.g. wetransfer.com. The information about submitting the presentation should be sent to the amcm2020@pollub.pl address.
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts.
All accepted papers will be published in MATEC Web of Conferences. The publisher will applicate to index the proceeding of the 10th International Conference on Advanced Models and New Concepts of Concrete and Masonry Structures AMCM2020 in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (part of Web of Science) and Scopus (Elsevier).
Alternatively, the papers can be published in the Open Access journal “Budownictwo i Architektura” (Civil Engineering and Architecture) which is published by Lublin University of Technology (ph.pollub.pl/index.php/bia). The journal is recognized by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education and financially supported from the program “Wsparcie dla czasopism naukowych” (Support for scientific journals) (list B, no. 27862, 20 points).
Abstract submission
Two-page abstracts should be prepared using the template available below:

A DOC and DOCX file formats of an abstract should be submitted electronically via the conference registration system.
Abstracts will be reviewed by two independent reviewers from the Scientific Committee. The authors will be notified about the acceptance. The accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts and distributed during the conference.
Full-length paper submission
Authors of the accepted abstracts are encourage to submit full-length papers to publish in MATEC Web of Conferences or in the journal Budownictwo i Architektura. The author should pick out a publishing preference.

A DOC and DOCX file formats of a paper should be submitted electronically via the conference registration system.
All papers will be reviewed by two independent reviewers from the Scientific Committee. The authors will be notified about the reviewers’ comments and acceptance.
