AMCM 2020 has been postponed to October 21-23, 2020

The 10th International Conference on Advanced Models and New Concepts in Concrete and Masonry Structures has been postponed to October 21-23, 2020, due to the restrictions associated with the Coronavirus COVID-19.

Pursuant the protocols set by the World Health Organization, national and local health authorities, we have decided to change the formula of the conference and to move the event online. We understand that some of the delegates may be concerned about not being able to attend the conference in Lublin. Moving the conference online effectively removes any apprehension associated with the Coronavirus issue. The health and safety of our visitors and staff is our number one priority.

We appreciate efforts of the plenary speakers and all authors to prepare the papers. We are also grateful to the members of the scientific committee for their commitment to review the articles. As a consequence, the cancellation of the event is the last thing we would consider. On the other hand, we do not wish to postpone the conference any further as the content of the papers may lose its current and novel character. In this situation, our decision seems to offer the best compromise.

The participation in the conference will be free of charge. The papers submitted to the conference will be published in MATEC Web of Conferences or in the journal “Budownictwo i Architektura” in accordance with declarations made by the authors. The papers shall be published free of charge provided a Video (or PowerPoint) presentation. Technical instructions will be announced soon.
